We would like to inform you that a password re-issue and an access reset (unlock) option is now available online for your entry to winbank web banking.

a) Password re-issue
Select "Help for Login" and then "I Forgot My Password - Reissue Password". Then fill in your debit card's number, username and mobile phone number. After that you will receive a call from the Bank's automatic system. Enter your debit card's PIN and you will receive your new password on your mobile via SMS.
Once you receive the sms with temporary Password, you will have 72 hours to connect to winbank web or mobile banking service. Otherwise, you should call at +30 210 3288000 or visit any of the Piraeus Bank Branches.
b) Access Reset - Unlock
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to enter the winbank web banking service, a pop up box appears informing the user that the winbank access is blocked for security reasons. Select "Help for Login" and then “I have blocked my winbank access but I remember my password and username” Then fill in your debit card's number, username and mobile phone number. After that you fill in the extraPIN code and you will immediately get access to the service again.
