winbank for cards

winbank for cards is a service for retail clients of Piraeus Bank, which are not winbank web banking and/or phone banking users and enables instant, secure and free of costs access to information of their credit and (provided that the customer owns a credit card) prepaid cards, online, 24 hours a day.

What information you can get...

1. A summary of your Piraeus Bank credit cards.
2. Your credit cards’ details.
3. View all your transactions (up to the day before).
4. Your monthly statement – even before a printed statement arrives at your address - as well as your 12 last statements.
5. Your account analysis: Last statement's issue date, current balance, due amount, payment date, minimum payment as well as your spending limit.

Access to service...

To get access to winbank for cards, you will need your credit card details. In winbank for cards login section, you will be requested to provide the following: Piraeus Bank Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV2 and Birth Date. After that, you will have to use -or activate if you have not already – the additional security functionality SMS extraPIN.

SMS extraPIN is an 8 digits code for one time use. It will be sent to your phone when entering winbank for cards service and the validation of which will complete the verification of your identity and will provide you full access to the service.

In order to register your cell phone number to receive extraPINs, you just have to call our Customers’ Service Dep. (182838 or 210 3288000 - charges applied as a call to landline or depending on the pricing of the telecom operator you use - or +30 210 3288000 calling from abroad), and you will be able to use winbank for cards right away.
