If you are an individual, please select one of the following options.
Call us at +30 210 3898888 press 9 (for the English menu) and then 1. Use the 8-digit code that you have received at your mobile to unlock your password.

In case the 30 minutes period has ellapsed, follow I forgot my Password - Reissue Password.

​For further assistance regarding the steps you need to follow when calling +30 210 3898 888 .
Step 1: In order to continue in English please press 9.​​
Step 2: Then Press 1 as prompted in order to Unlock your password.
Step 3: If you are calling from the phone in which you received the 8-digit code please press 1 otherwise press 2 (In case you pressed 2 follow the steps 3.1, 3.2).
Step 3.1:Press 1 if you have a greek phone number or press 2 if you have a foreign phone number (in that case you have to enter your international dialing country code of your mobile followed by hash).
Step 3.2: Please enter the phone number in which you received the 8-digit code followed by hash.

Step 4: Please enter your 8-digit code that you received at your mobile.
Step 5: After successful submission, your password will be unlocked.
Call us at +30 210 3898888 to reissue your password by using the 8-digit code you have received at your mobile within 30 minutes.

In case you haven’t received the 8-digit code or the 30 minutes period has elapsed, you can request a new 8-digit code here Then call at +30 210 3898 888 to reissue it.

Step 2: To reset your password please press 2, in order to be certified via winbank phone banking (to register to winbank phone banking press 3 and have available your debit card).
Step 3: If you are registered with a Greek phone number please press 1 or press 2 if you are registered with a foreign phone number (in that case you have to enter your international dialing country code of your mobile followed by hash).
Step 4: Please enter your phone number followed by hash.
Step 5: Please enter your pin code (the pin code of your debit card or the 6 digit code in case you have replaced it) followed by hash.
Step 6: Please enter the 8-digit code that you received from winbank.
Step 7: Please enter your new password using 8-digits.
Step 8: re-enter your new password.
Step 9: After successful submission, your new password is already activated and you will be able to connect to winbank. ​


​​Alternatively, you could reissue your password at any of the ​Piraeus Bank Branches

The daily attempts to reissue and unlock your password cannot exceed 3.
In case you reissue your password through the automated telephone banking service – IVR and you are blocked again at your first login attempt, you will not be allowed to unlock your password through the same procedure. In this case call at 18 28 38* or +30 210 32 88000 to speak with an agent.

​Call us at 18 28 38* or +30 210 32 88000 and ask for your Username at winbank web banking service (we need to confirm your identity for security reasons).

Call us at 18 28 38* or +30 210 32 88000 and ask for your Username and we will assist you to Reissue your Password.

Alternatively, you could visit any ​Piraeus Bank Branches where you will be informed about your Username and you will receive a new Password.
